Credits disappearing?

We’ve checked our system and found that your subscription has expired. Please note that once a subscription plan expires, the credits included in that plan will also expire.

How can I check which of my credits are about to expire?

If you’d like to check your credit balance and view upcoming credit expiration reminders, please follow the steps below. Steps: Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page. Select Credits from the dropdown menu to open the credit details panel. In the Usage tab, move your cursor over the alarm clock icon next to your credit balance.
