Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Persian Music Generation Quality and Service Failure

To the TUNEE AI Support Team,

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the performance and service quality of TUNEE AI, particularly regarding music generation based on Persian (Farsi) lyrics.

Despite extensive effort on my part, the results produced by your system are consistently inaccurate, unprofessional, and fundamentally unusable for serious artistic work. My concerns are outlined clearly below:

  1. Severe and Repeated Pronunciation Errors

    • The system repeatedly produces incorrect pronunciation of Persian lyrics.

    • Words are misread, syllables are distorted, and articulation is often non-Persian in accent and structure.

    • This occurs despite providing extremely detailed, syllable-by-syllable pronunciation guides and explicit instructions hundreds of times.

    • The vocal output frequently resembles a foreign (non-Iranian) accent, which is unacceptable for Persian music.

  2. Ignoring Explicit Technical and Musical Instructions

    • Detailed instructions regarding tempo, rhythm, vocal range, vocal technique, instrumentation, call-and-response structure, and genre are regularly ignored.

    • Instead of following user-defined parameters, the system appears to rely almost entirely on its own internal database defaults, regardless of the prompt content.

  3. Lack of Control and Prompt Compliance

    • Even when clear “override” instructions are provided (e.g., pronunciation priority, simplification rules, mandatory constraints), the system does not reliably comply.

    • This makes the platform unsuitable for professional or semi-professional composition, especially in non-English languages.

  4. Failure in Persian Language Support

    • In its current state, TUNEE AI is not capable of producing acceptable Persian vocal music, either linguistically or musically.

    • This represents a serious limitation that is not adequately communicated to users prior to purchase.

  5. Paid Subscription Regret

    • I have paid for credits and purchased a subscription, expecting a functional and responsive AI music system.

    • Given the persistent failures described above, I must state clearly that I regret this purchase.

    • The service delivered does not meet reasonable expectations based on the platform’s claims.

I am submitting this message as a formal complaint and request that it be taken seriously. At minimum, I expect:

  • A transparent acknowledgment of these limitations, and

  • A clear response regarding how (or if) Persian language support will be improved.

At present, the system’s behavior suggests that it does not truly adapt to user prompts and instead forces all outputs through a narrow, pre-trained stylistic pipeline.

I hope this feedback is reviewed by your technical and product teams.
