I tried to create songs using the “Create New” button three times, and I got the error “Generation failed.” But some credits were still deducted. Does this mean I have to pay for error messages too? My project: https://www.tunee.ai/conversation/CPbTr3I5EXcTaTqqj
Hi i have the same issue;
The link you shared isn’t opening on my side. Send me the project link plz ![]()
There’s an error; the “generation failed” message I received (again today) referred to the creation of a song, not Sora.
I wasn’t stripped of credit for the song, but probably for the chat reply (20 credits). I don’t understand why I should pay to read an error message.
Additionally, after “generation failed,” there was the message:
“It seems both of your music generations failed due to reference audio issues. Please check your reference audio files and try again!”
Which “reference audio” does it refer to? I just typed a prompt: “A Christmas song. Jazz-Swing Fusion, Nostalgic, Soulful female vocals, Upright bass, Muted trumpet, Warm piano, Slow tempo, Vintage recording feel.”
Thanks in advance.
P.S. This is the chat: https://www.tunee.ai/conversation/CPbTr3I5EXcTaTqqj
Really sorry about that. In our next update, we’ll show the actual reason for generation failures, so it should be much clearer and easier for you to adjust. Also, I checked your project link — the failed generations did not deduct any extra credits, so no worries there.
