The engine is ignoring my custom model parameters and text instructions, rebuilding assets from scratch.
I was trying to create music lip synching video with my music and an image of a character I uploaded, and the AI was starting everything from scratch using cup credits when I wanted to add on to what I’ve created. I was prompted to keep buying credits which I did and even upgraded my subscription to have the video finished. In all I used approximately 7000 + credits. The video is still not competed and I’m being asked to purchase more credits. I am requesting a credit reversal due to the generation task failure.
