The engine is ignoring my custom model parameters and text instructions, rebuilding assets from scratch. I was trying to create music lip synching video with my music and an image of a character I uploaded and the AI was starting everything from scratch using up credits when I wanted to add on to what I’ve created. I was prompted to keep buying credits which I did and I even upgraded my subscription to have the video finished. The video is still not completed and I’m being asked to purchase more credits. I am requesting a credit reversal due to generation task failure.
