I encountered a payment error when trying to subscribe to the “Plus Yearly” plan (US$384.00) on Tunee AI.

When I selected Alipay as the payment method and clicked the “Subscribe” button, the system displayed the error message: “An error occurred while processing your payment. Please try again later or use another payment method.” The payment was not deducted from my account, and the subscription failed. I tried multiple times, but the issue persisted.

At the moment, Alipay may have transaction limits for certain payments. We recommend using your bank card directly to subscribe to the membership plan.
