I encountered a payment error when trying to subscribe to the “Plus Yearly” plan (US$384.00) on Tunee AI.
When I selected Alipay as the payment method and clicked the “Subscribe” button, the system displayed the error message: “An error occurred while processing your payment. Please try again later or use another payment method.” The payment was not deducted from my account, and the subscription failed. I tried multiple times, but the issue persisted.
