Tunee, I'm stay for now but not forever

Hi, the system has big problems, days go by and it doesn’t get fixed, I don’t know how long I or others can be patient and wait, but I personally think I’ve waited long enough now. More than two months ago I started using your system, and I’ve created very nice melodies, I’m grateful for that. More than a month ago I started using [Suno] parallel too, their system is much more stable and thinks without frustration, and even cheaper, your system suddenly goes crazy and writes English lyrics and does strange things, but theirs no. I’ve said it before and I’ll repeat it again, if you want to stay in the market and grow then you should take your job seriously. There are many systems out there for the English language, which I’ve tested [Tunee and Suno] work better for my language Kurdish, but Tunee, I as support will stay for a while to see what happens, but not forever.

Thanks for the answer, does that mean I shouldn’t expect your system to work with my language anymore? Okay, thanks anyway. I just wanted to let you know in case, otherwise I know if I stay or not it’s not that important thing. Just didn’t want anything else. Then so it was a nice time thanks.

My friend, I live in Sweden and can afford to pay $89 dollars, but in some countries 89 dollars can be food for a person. You know that no one can make so much music to use the entire credit every month, that means that at least half of the money you only take. You offer a service and it should work, I do not demand anything strange. As I know many people from the Middle East have their eye on your system. [Kurdish, Persian, Arabic] and many more languages ​​that you call minor languages. Only Kurds are many millions, you understand? Therefore do not look down on customers, I am one who will leave, who knows how many will be tomorrow and the next day… I personally like your system a lot and as you know I have had a very fun time and have made more music than many others with your system, therefore I want you to succeed and wish you good luck. I am not leaving your system voluntarily, I am forced to leave, because it does not work correctly with my language, and after your confirmation that I cannot promise that it will be fixed in the near future, I am leaving. Yes, it is not going anywhere, I just cannot make music with Tunee anymore, then I will invest in another system that works, just like that.

Hello good music creators, hope all is well with you. Trust is very important in life. Trusting a system to work is key to success, paying for a service and knowing that when you need it the service works, then the cost itself is not so important, even if you are short of money, but paying and getting no one then hurts, not in the wallet, but rather in the heart. We who make music with Ai and post it are the best advertisement for the service that works best. It is we music creators who give response to the services that work, as I said before the money itself is not the problem for me personally, trusting the system to work when I need it is more important. Unfortunately right now Tunee is not the system that can be trusted. :cry::anxious_face_with_sweat:

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Due to force majeure factors involved in the model transition, including legal and regulatory requirements, we’re unable to make changes to this situation at the moment.

Regarding the language types you mentioned, we’re currently limited in what we can support. Developing a new language model requires significant investment — often millions in funding — as well as substantial engineering and research resources. For a small team like ours, this naturally takes time.

I understand that both cost and require time, but you already had it, restoring it doesn’t require as much time and money as the first time. Maybe you’re wondering if I have [Suno] and make music why am I babbling so much? The simple answer is that even though your system was unstable, it’s very interesting and fun to work with, I’ve added Suno to automatic payment every month, even if I don’t make a song, it’s okay, when I do make music, it works.
