I’m requesting a full refund for the service I purchased. I explained very clearly what I wanted. I asked for my song to be recreated exactly in the same style, emotion, and rhythm as my own recording.
I tried to cooperate patiently and gave several explanations, but the result was completely different from what I asked for. Despite all my efforts and clear instructions, you couldn’t deliver even one proper version in the way I requested.
Since the product I received does not match my expectations or what was promised, I kindly ask you to process my refund.
